What's a child theme?
A child theme inherits from a parent theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four). It lets you customize the design without editing the parent. When you update the parent, your customizations stay safe. Theme Forge generates valid WordPress child themes — the same thing you'd hand-code.
Can I customize the theme after generation?
Yes. The WordPress Customizer lets you adjust colors, fonts, and spacing without touching code. All changes save automatically. If you want deeper edits, you can hand-edit the CSS.
Will the theme break if the parent theme updates?
No. Child themes are designed for this. A parent theme update won't affect your customizations. Your child theme CSS stays separate.
Can I use the theme on multiple sites?
Yes. Download the theme as a .zip and upload it to any WordPress site with Twenty Twenty-Four or Generatepress. The theme file is yours.
Is the code clean?
Yes. Every generated theme passes WordPress Theme Check and uses proper CSS, escaping, and enqueuing. It's production-ready code, not AI junk.
Can I sell websites built with Theme Forge?

Does it work with page builders?
Theme Forge generates standard WordPress themes. They work with page builders like Elementor or Divi, but Theme Forge doesn't optimize for them. If you're heavy on a page builder, it'll handle most layout work anyway.
